This is a great way to enhance otherwise dull-looking photos. I like the effects so much I even created a gimp script that creates the USM'ed layers so all I have to do is draw layer masks. By the way, could you please elaborate on the "other processing" you've done to the "Ghost Rider" image? I'm intrigued by this look but I'm lacking a starting point to explore it from. I can see there's some desaturation, but what else? I know it’s been over a year since you’d posted it, but anyway I wanted to say: thank you.
