Here in Australia, the trendy spunky mums like these are called yummy mummies! I like how you took the shot from the daughter's eye level and how the rail frames the sea nicely.
Here in Argentina we have the same problems ...the young mothers leaves the school...and so on :(
Love your shot! I like your point of view and the nice processing!
Shall I continue telling that here in Brazil we face the same problems, but with a lot of differences in relation to Japan if we look at the effects in time.
Anyway, the composition is good. I especially like the young mother and child about to leave the frame.
Another up-close angle that puts the viewer right in the scene with the subjects. The fact that they are walking out of the frame gives the shot some mystery. Nice.
Very nice framing (dynamic), and interesting angle of view.
I don't understand all the stories about the young mum though, I just see a young lady with a little girl. I don't if that's her mum or not, how old is she, etc. Keep guessing...
Yeah, I can confirm you she's a young mum.. but actually there aren't many young mums like that in Japan, let's say is an exception, especially if you consider that Japan has the lowest birthrate in the world and declining population..
Hi Eric, thanks for visiting and posting your comment.
Yeah, there was a big spot on the lens just there, and it messed up a little the post processing..
By the way, next time you can write your email and web address.. there's no need to post anonymously (your comment is the only one I've received with no email or web address).. as I said I'm pretty new to photography, and critics are really, really, welcome. I'd like to check your photoblog and to learn from that too.
